Mission Statement

    Ocean Front Book Publishing, Inc. turns novelty manuscripts into hardcover books in genres of non-fiction, fiction, young adult chapter books, novels and children’s literature.  Currently, OFB features authors who are all professionals in many fields including Medicine, Dentistry, Law, Accounting, Entertainment and Education, not just writing.

    Our mission at Ocean Front Book Publishing is to promote literacy for all, which is why we have organized the Sit N' Read Literacy Program.  OFB partners with several corporations and non-profit organizations to promote and establish Sit N’ Read Literacy Centers which are located, primarily, in hospitals and court waiting areas.  Instead of allowing the pressures of life to consume the time of patrons who have to sit and wait, OFB provides Sit N’ Read Literacy Centers which include: Two soft Traveling Temo - Pocket Book Pillows, a 4 x 4 colorful rug, and a wall mounted bookshelf with a generous supply of the latest OFB books for all ages.  Now children and adults can take a moment to relax and Sit N’ Read the best selling books from OFB Publishing.  We partner with corporate affiliates to make sure readers have access to an assortment of books.

    OFB Publishing, Inc. makes donations to all schools that participate in and aid with the Sit N' Read Literacy Program. Additionally, Ocean Front Books has agreed to implement a nationwide campaign to help raise funds for the Jeanine Horowitz Foundation by donating proceeds from its Give the Gift of Literacy. Nationwide consumers can purchase two or more books from Ocean Front Books.com to contribute to the Give the Gift of Literacy campaign until December 31, 2008.
